Wonderful
Woming this month, the legendary Tom Horn
The Legendary Tom
Horn
Tom Horn lived in that eventful period from
the start of the Civil War through the turn of the
century. He was a lawman, an Indian scout, a
Pinkerton, a cowboy and an outlaw. He aided in the
capture and surrender of Geronimo, rode with Teddy
Roosevelt’s Rough Riders in the Spanish American War and
worked for the Wyoming Stock Growers Association in
range wars from 1894 to 1902.
Much controversy
still remains as to whether he was guilty of the crime
for which he was hung or if the Wyoming Stock Growers
Association were afraid of what he knew about them that
would cause them embarrassment with their associates and
the public.
Check out the following and determine
for yourselves what you think about Tom Horn’s innocence
or guilt.
