PARTIAL PEAC® LICENSE AGREEMENT

The PEAC® Program and Documentation are the property of ARISTATEK, INC. ("AristaTek")
as copyright owner. AristaTek licenses its software for use; it does not transfer
ownership. By the acts of opening the sealed package and making full payment of the
required amounts, the User has been granted a personal, non-exclusive license to utilize
the Program, in object code form only (and specifically not in source code form) and
Documentation. The term "Program" refers to one specific copy for a single user and
multiple copies for a site user of the PEAC® for Windows software and the term "Documentation"
refers to the associated instruction and reference materials; each also includes any
enhancements, modifications, revisions or additions which AristaTek releases directly
or to the User.
License. The license granted permits the User to do only each of the following:
1. Use the Program only on the operating systems designated in the Documentation;
2. Use the Program and Documentation for business and commercial purposes only; and
3. Utilize the Documentation only in conjunction with the use of the Program.
These are the only rights granted. All other rights are expressly reserved by AristaTek.
The User has no right, among other things: to transfer, sublicense, rent, modify,
translate, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the Program; or to create derivative
works based upon the Program. The rights granted by this license shall terminate (without
refund) automatically upon the User's failure to abide by all terms or conditions
of this License or by any contribution by the User to any infringement of any proprietary
rights owned or licensed by AristaTek. In the event of any termination, the User agrees
to return all Programs, any Program media, Documentation, and all copies thereof.
In addition, AristaTek from time to time may update its Programs and Documentation
for registered users. If the User is not registered, it may not receive an update.
In the event an update is received, the User agrees to destroy or return the original
Program or Documentation and acknowledges that the update will be governed by the
terms of this license also.
A PEAC® single user license allows loading and utilization of the software
on a single platform.
